I am a Real Estate Valuation Advisor with the City of Ottawa’s Housing Solutions and Investment Services branch. Over the past three years, I have contributed to numerous projects involving property valuations for both acquisitions and disposals. Prior to joining the City of Ottawa, I worked in the private sector, providing appraisal services for a wide range of commercial real estate assets. My background also includes experience in property assessment and municipal taxation.
I joined the IRWA in 2023 upon starting my role with the City of Ottawa and soon after assumed the position of Secretary for Chapter 63’s leadership team. My goal is to obtain the SR/WA designation and to take on an increasingly active role within the IRWA in the coming years.”
